Well...I thought that it would all settle down today. The solids project is almost done. I'm amazed at how much work was put into that report and how long it was. It's crazy the work some people put into this.....Phillip....if you're reading this..haha....good stuff....you seem to always take on the responsibility when something needs to be done.....
SOOO the solids report is done =)
I thought that I wouldn't have to worry anymore. Was I right? Nope...I was wrong...the design project still has to be done...yet another one....we have to make the base very soon....I was just really tired....until...I saw the marks we got on out project...I was amazed...
Here is the list of the things I found out from the marks:
-6.4/8 for presentation
this was pretty good considering I was very sick that day...I don't even know how I pulled off helping out with the presentation that day...So I'm Happy
-9.5/10 for the report and drawings
SCORE!!!! I didn't know we were going to do this well. I stressed so much about trying to cost this. Wasted so much phone time just calling people for quotes. Funny thing is that everything came together and we got a good costing and profit from our sale price. I am for sure going to be holding on to this...hahaha
-375000 sales from tradeshow
it was sweet....we tied for the most sales in our scale category....it was cool....I didn't know we would do that well..but lots of people liked the product....I'm glad....we got a good idea...marketed it well.. and it worked out =)
-7 million profit
- i was so shocked at this....well...this is calculated results....but from the other group that sold as many as us....we still made 3 million more than them
Dante, Steve, and I were soo happy at the results. Me...I was really surprised things would work out so well. I had some doubts about engineering and the design process. These results gave me back the confidence....and I just realized that in some ways...I could make it in this program...haha somehow...I'll get through it...
It's been tiring...the week is already almost over...I can't believe it....when all these projects go away....I have to study for exams....
OH YEAH...thanks to Dante and Steve once again...Amazing project! We went through some stressful times...but it worked out and everything was good...hahaha

boooo second? or THIRD? since vivian posted twice? well idunno.... sounds like you are doing pretty well considerng your busyness.. i am having a bit of a ruff time so lets not talk about it. pray that things turn out good forboth of us...later ps keep workring hrad i can't spell
